Changes to be made to the Guide

	v 1.00 December 7, 2007 Note that content for most forms is defined by the Elections Code, but the exact presentation format is not.  Consequently, the forms given to you by your local ROV may not look exactly like those we have provided as examples.  Also, we are told that not all ROVs require all the forms we list.  What we would call minor ones, such as the DOT form and permission to post candidate information, may not be necessary. Ted Brown reminds us that Congressional candidates are NOT required to live within the District they are running for.  They are eligible to collect signatures in their district, without having to live there.  Go figure. Under 5.1.2.3 Campaign Website, add http://www.campaignsitebuilder.com/ as a source.  This seems to have more features, at a lower price, than campaignhighway.  Add this URL also to Appendix B, under Internet Presence.
